I own a Realme X7 Pro. I have used it for 1.9 months without any problems. When i updated the phone at morning, a vertical green line appeared on the display. I panicked after seeing the situation. Immediately went to the service center to which they told me the display has broken without assessing the phone for physical damage. The cost of new display is ₹7742.
Not only me, every Realme X7 and X7 pro user is facing this issue where they update the phone to their new version.
I have proofs of my friends having the same issue. And i also have the solutions to the problem listed on their own community app. I also have the audio recording of their customer support.
