Hi Iam Balaji from Chennai using tcl led tv 43 inches there is problem in display fully blurred Multi colour show that make complaint on 4th December 2021(IN122021016567)…..technical team arrived on 6th December checked told that want to change the display and tv on warranty show wait 10 to 15 days to change……after that know response from them and again make call to customer care on 27 December 2021 after that ly I know the complaint I’d closed by service center because they received product (display) from head office….they told me before 31 December 2021 problem resolved…in between I send mail to IndiaSupport@tcl….I just wait more than week …..from the beginning the customer care or technical team both not responses properly….again I make call to customer care 3 January 2022 they repeating same wait for 1 week…..there no opposition to make complaint against customer care or service Center we ly option to call customer care they don’t connect the call higher officer they simply folding we arrange call back but they don’t call repeating same thing past two weeks finally they call after one month (7 January 2022) today excuse for again 10 to 15 days…..in between they don’t response my call and simply says wait we make call back from our side after long back they call me but still problem resolved….they create new complaint I’d IN1220210124632 on 3 January 2022
