I had purchased a Thomson 50 inch 9R pro model Android TV on 01/12/2022 through Flipkart.
Now this tv display not shown audio Only coming.
I purchased this TV is 2month only. For a amount of Rs25000/-.
I try to customer care no 18008438777 this no is not working.
Hence how I contact Thomson service center.
Now I feel very bad service and hereafter I cannot refer any one for this product.
Please take necessary action at your end and replace a new one.
