Hello Sir/Madam,
I purchased this watch from Pune, but I did not receive any warranty card with it. It has been only two months since I started using the watch, and now the display is damaged.

I have tried contacting your WhatsApp bot and customer care multiple times, but I have not received any response so far.
Kindly look into this issue and provide assistance under warranty.
