We have send below concern mail to Sony India but there was no positive response, i agree that product is not in warranty but after spending 60000/-, display of sony led tv was detected as faulty just with in 2 years of time…Please refer below mail which was sent to sony tv but there was no response………..
Please note that I have purchased Sony Android LED TV “Model no : KDL-43W800D IN5” with “Sr no : 8597840” in year Mar 2017.Currently we had display issue and had logged call with Sony and got estimate of 23894/- for replacement of display.
Considering brand name and product quality we had spend 60,000/- to purchase TV and which is very high amount.However with in short time span of 2 years TV display has gone and which is quite disappointing for us.As we were expecting quality product from SONY and after spending such high amount we are not happy with product quality.
Please note that we are having normal TV usage and also there was no physical damage.
We agree with fact that product is not in warranty, however considering Company’s brand and quality product from year’s, we had trusted SONY and that was the reason we had purchased
our first LED TV from SONY, However event after spending high amount of 60,000/- , it is very disappointing that it has faced severe display problem just with in 2 years of time.
As trusted brand I request you to please provide us the replacement of this product as we cannot effort to pay repair cost of 23894/-.
Please note that with SONY I had call discussion with Pankaj & Asif.
