I have bought Fire Bolt watch in October 2023 and within a month display had got issue. I reported to Fire Bold service center it took another month to share issue photos and videos with them even sending several times they use to ask for again again. Then finally they said it will not cover under warranty but they can fix after sending 300 Rs. So I have shared same on 12 Dec 2023 on the payment link they shared. After sending money they are denying they have not received. Where as I raised complaint with my Bank and they also confirm money has been sent and credited to receiver. Still they are denying I don’t no being such big and reputed company why they are behaving like this. Its not almost 3 months I am following and filed grievance with them still no response.
