I Have an OnePlus 8 Pro device which doesn’t have any physical damage, but recently it had a green line issue on the display after a major software update from OnePlus, and now there’s 5 lines.This was a common issue to OnePlus users after the update and was said to solve this issue with a free display repair service. When I visited the OnePlus exclusive service centre they told me that, they will not provide costfree repair for my device ( OnePlus 8pro).so I have to pay total amount of Rs. 16300 for the repair and said that the device was out of warranty. Then I enquired about the same issue with the other models of OnePlus 8 series they told me that they provide free service for the both OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8T.
