OnePlus recently launched a software update that has caused a display issue on models 8, 8pro and 8t. They say we extended the warranty for 2 years because of this issue. If any phone is over 2 years old they won’t repair free of charge. My phone has no physical or liquid damage and it was confirmed by their service centre. This is totally not acceptable to pay for something I have not even caused.
