After doing software updation, a green line appeared on the phone display and the number of lines are appearing is increasing day by day. I visited their service centre and they denied display replacement showing a small dent on the side of the phone. Since the issue was not due to that dent and was due to their software update, I demanded a display replacement free of cost which they denied. Now I am in a situation so that I am forced to do the replacement which costs me Rs. 9000. It has been 2 years since I purchased the phone. The service centre keeps on saying that it was not a mandatory software update and hence it is not their fault.
