My Tikona user id 1122991852 – I am going out of Pune permanently so I want to remove/disconnect the Tikona internet connection permanently on/before 21 August
I tried to call the customer care only IVR machine handle call and there is not any option to talk directly with the Tikona executive person.
Kindly take remove/disconnect request on high priority and remove/disconnect Tikona internet as early. And mail me the final settlement bill so that will pay and close . And please collect all of your belongings like cable and adapter from my home before we moved from Pune. Otherwise I will not be responsible for these things.
