Dear Sir,
I, Mr. Gautam Chhaganbhai Thakor having Airtel prepaid sim card. My Airtel prepaid mobile number is +91 9924965458. Today in the morning I was recharge with Rs.499/- with plan given in Airtel application like 1 year subscription of Disney + Hotstar mobile for 1 year, Amazon prime video ME-Trial etc. But the above subscription of Disney+Hotstar not activate with current plan, So I was going to Airtel store at Ambawadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat & they said you are not subscribe the plan of Disney+Hotstar. They’re not given me proper and satisfaction answer of it. Because I saw him all the details in my phone with image of payment receipt, plan details etc.
So, I request you to help me for this kind of cheater like Aitel. They deduct full payment of plan and did not give me plan facility.
