I had two VC ending with 3017 and 048. Suspended for almost 1.5 years as I m 84 and was going away so thought why waste money. I was told total balance on both VC together was 275 and 560 rs ( was told by three reps) when came back decided to terminate one VC as it was getting too expensive for this old man and they said the balance will be transferred to the active VC it’s been a month and they still have not credited anything plus they said now the balance is around 210 when I asked for details they refused to provide it. I just want my hard earned money which they owe me.
