1. I cleared due statement total amount before my due date.
2. SBI card app showing ammount received
3. Although showing amount recived sbi card auto debited money and reverse back later. In extra Charged Dishonour fees of Rs 500 which is not reverse. Whem I asked about it saying in auto debit case I have to pay 5 days before.
4. In terms and condition in Dishonour fees section there is noention that in auto debit on case I have cleared my due before 5 days of due date.
A) Than no meaning of due date write it 5 days less
B) SBI app showing payment recived than why sbi card will debit my money from account
5. When I contact with SBI card they saying internal policy.
Internal policy.
You will not mention about fees and fined, you will issuesd fees and fine as per your mood?
