Dear sir/ madam,
I seen in sbicard statement that charges rs1247.82 for payment dishonor fee . I already paid last month due at 03.08.2023 3 days before of the due date, and those amount settled till 05.082023 i.e. the due date. but the current month’s statement shows that the payment is reversed in auto debit at 06.08.2023. for that they were given payment dishonour fee of rs 1247.82 added in this statement.
As my payment has settled before due date, and no information has given prior to maintain balance in saving account even when paid money prior already.
