Dear Sir/Mam
This is regarding my Dish TV VC # 01518213632 I logged a request that has closed my REQUEST number 604267003 without replacing set-of-box. I had been following up with dish tv customer care since 13th April for the same and now this is closed without replacing the box. My Connection is in an inactive state and the box is not yet replaced, I do not want to continue my relationship with such a cheater company, please refund my recharge money back ASAP.
