I have been trying since May 14th to do the dish TV realignment as in display unit it is showing an error “signal not found”. Customer care people took my complaint almost more than 10times.
However still there is no solution. And the customer care team is least bother to my request finally I fed with the service and write the issue to CEO desk but still no progress to resolve d issue.
Most unprofessional customer service. They can’t solve simple problem why the hell they’re running the business they are torturing the customers.
Finally I decided to raise d issue in customer forum. This is the last hope.
