Dear sir, good afternoon,
This is to inform you that on the date of 24/07/2025 i was given complain to dish TV customer care against my setup box issue. That after 8 to 10 times called by phone them and remind but they did not repair or replace the setup box. Only replay tomorrow we will arrange technician visit to your home.
As a result, my monthly recharge will finish without my utilization. So, sir my request you please solve my issue. It’s before i was given compliant also TCL TV customer cares the technician of TCL told actually that problem identified of setup box.
