Text of Complaint by David A. Dumpit:

Started in January when we had rains in Southern California, Dish network service is not available even when rain already stopped for several days. When service is restored, HD Channels are not given. I subscribed for a particular HD channels (Baby First channel $112.99/mo) Dish network removed the channel and still wants me to pay. Every service interruption, I call thier customer service or technical support but onle get message saying they are “unavailable and call next time”. At end of March, I disconnected all boxes so as not to consume electricity for no service. For three months my credit card was being charged because it was automatic deduction. Finally in April I cancelled my credit card to stop the charges. At end of May, the network sent me a box for the equipment return. All equipment has been returned, but now I got their bill for early termination, box retrurn fee, etc.
