1. The Airtel internet is so poor that it doesnt even load a google page and shows 4G as a network. The customer care or calling up 121 is another irritating process. Its been very long that complaint has been raised. They send a message mentioning the issue has been resolved but actual fact is they dont even check and have no courtesy to cross check. This is AIRTEL.
