Had very bad incident at Lenskart store. The store staff was rude, unprofessional and abusive for which I finally had to take strong actions. We got a call from Lenskart that they reviewed the store video and could see that Lenskart staff behaved badly and will initiate disciplinary and HR action against them but did nothing post that. Shame on Lenskart culture and team!
