I am writing this to bring to your attention a discrepancy regarding the recent order I placed Unfortunately, the items I received are different from what I had originally ordered.On [date], I placed an order for Long-Sleeved Casual Pure Cotton Coffee Shirt Men Pack through FACTION HUT website/online store. However, upon receiving the package on 14/6/2023, I discovered that the contents of the package did not match the items I had selected.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I would appreciate it if you could initiate the necessary steps to provide a refund for the items I received incorrectly.I have attached photographs of the items received as evidence of the discrepancy. Please review the images to understand the difference between what I ordered and what was delivered consider this matter immediately and do needful ASAP.
