Text of Complaint by Saikalyan:

Hello Team,

I Took Hathway connection, I took new connection and as per the hathway’s customer cares advise I closed the new connection and renewed my old connection and they told me that the money which was paid for the connection will be refunded within 15 days, now it’s been 60 days nearly 8 complaints got closed without any reason or clarification. I am not sure whom to contact then I came to know about this ngo which provides justice to our rights, please help to get my money back
