I recently reviewed my CIBIL score report and was shocked to discover that it reflects a loan application and entry from Transactree, even though I have never applied for a loan through your platform or authorized any such transaction. This erroneous entry is causing a negative impact on my CIBIL score, which could potentially harm my financial credibility.
