Text of Complaint by Manibharathi:

Recently, I utilized credit facilities offered by the No Brokerage application powered by Credit Saison, with a credit limit of Rs. 44,000. I obtained loans of Rs. 5,000 each, with loan IDs 8499563 and 8479657, repayable in three installments, and another loan of Rs. 8,000 with loan ID 8485019, also repayable in three installments. Additionally, I borrowed Rs. 5,000 with loan ID 8463213, repayable in six installments. The monthly EMI deduction date was set for February 3rd.

On February 1st, I settled two loans with IDs 8499563 and 8479657, making payments of Rs. 5,239 and Rs. 5,222 respectively. On February 3rd, around 8 AM, they attempted to deduct amounts for the remaining EMIs. They successfully deducted Rs. 1,802 each for two loans 5000rs Loan id (8499563,8479657), totaling Rs. 3,600 which has been successfully closed, and Rs. 934 for the loan with ID 8463213. However, due to insufficient balance, they couldn’t deduct the EMI for the Rs. 8,000 loan. Despite maintaining around Rs. 7,000 in my Paytm bank, they incorrectly debited Rs. 1,802 twice and Rs. 932 once. Since my balance was too low, they didn’t deduct Rs. 2,883 for the Rs. 8,000 loan and levied a penalty of Rs. 100 along with a fine of Rs. 500, making the total paid amount Rs. 3,330 for the Rs. 8,000 loan but I maintain correct balance (934rs, 2883rs = 3817 rs but they wrong debit closed loan id 1802 rs * 2 = 3600rs) in my paytm bank account so that it causes insufficient fund in my account

Upon lodging a complaint with Credit Saison customer care on February 3rd, they acknowledged the complaint and informed me that I would have to wait for 17 days. In the interim, I received calls from their representatives assuring me that no excess EMI amount was debited from my account. They requested my bank statement, which I promptly provided. However, on February 22nd, when I received another call, they reiterated that there had been no excess EMI deductions and explained that any surplus amount had automatically been adjusted in my interest. I expressed my confusion, as I expected any excess amount to be refunded to my account. They insisted that they had adjusted around Rs. 3,600 in interest. I have attached screenshots of the loan details and bank statements for your reference. For further inquiries, please contact me at 8825444641. Please considered the request and return back the money, because i need that money for my medical expenses, I have a Kidney chronic disorder so need taken past 6 month treatment taken that amount for medical expenses only.
