Sir I purchased a Tata Sky setup box and watching TV and past two months one problem is raised about DISCOVERY CHANNEL not available in regional Telugu language so that I contact to customer care
and they tell wait five days like they tell I wait for ten days and return call to customer care and ask for my problem and they tell till now problem is not solved sir wait for some days and I wait and again call to them
they tell sir not solved so I asked they OK sir please cancel my tata sky setup box and give second hand value to me and I purchased another one like I tell why means I am not satisfied with that so they tell
sir we don’t take it as return and not provide money for that they tell like that so what can do sir..
I request you sir please do needfull for my request.. I ask only one to tata sky what means either solve my problem or return my money
I will purchase another one.. Give me only second hand value not full amount sir .
