Dear Team,
I was looking for a personal loans on web while browsing i downloaded this app via play store just to check my eligibility. But suddenly i received msg from bank that Rs 3300 has been credited in my account from some unknow source. Now after 2-3 days collection guys from this app is demanding 6000 Rs to close the account and forcing me to pay via Phonepe or google pay. They are also threating me by giving threat of calling police. They have downloaded all my contact list from phone and started threatening me that they will call my office colleague or family members. I am ready to pay the amount but their mode of payment is not authentic. They are using abusive language with me. I request you to take some action against them.
Later when i checked reviews are were saying its a scam. I dint receive any message from them regarding availing loan neither i have received any loan account number. Please help me in the same.
