Dear Sir
I had purchased two Iphone 13 midnight variant on the 22nd September 2022 during the Big billion day sale
The first iPhone was purchased using the axis bank flipkart credit card for which i received a discount
The second iphone was purchased a few mins later and due to heavy traffic on axis bank server and rush owing to big billion day sale i was forced to use icici bank credit card for which discount wasnt given.
I wrote to the social media team and even contacted flipkart helpline support team but they dont have a valid answer and are just beating about the bush putting the onus on Icici bank and trying to shelve off the issue at hand instead of helping me.
They are saying the system should have triggered the discount but there is no valid answer as to why i was deprived of the discount amount neither is there any compensation.
Value of product Rs 52019
Discount value as per terms 2000 rs
Product purchased iphone 13 midnight variant 128gb
Please look into the matter and do the neeful at your earliest. I have been harassed by plenty of calls from different teams and none of them have acknowledged the issue or provided an adequate resolution
I am entitled to a discount if i use the icici bank credit card and flipkart should not stoop so low and act so cheap so as to disregard a customers genuine grievance.
I am unhappy with the resolution provided because all that flipkart has to offer is a plain sorry.
Please provide adequate compensation. Else i have to file a complaint with the consumer forum
You guys advertise banners and build a hype just so to disappoint customers.
