Text of Complaint by A Banerjee:

Based on the SMS received from Netmeds for 26% discount on 26.01.23, immediately I ordered medicines, order no.16746717709000195ASO2.

While placing order, I had put the desired coupon code which was sent by Netmeds through SMS and the same was validated by Netmeds system confirming “Coupon code applied”. On good faith, I placed the order and paid billed amount online. I did not notice that offered discount was not given. On delivery of the ordered items along with bill, I noticed that discount figure in all items are zero.

Immediately, I contacted customer care of Netmeds and informed for not adjusting the 26% offered discount. I also sent an email to Netmeds requesting to refund the discount proceeds as promised.

Regular follow up through email and telecon done with customer care. They didn’t bother to reply my mail. After spoiling many days, customer care denied to provide discounts on my order without showing any valid reason.

Being a senior citizen, I did not expect such type of manipulative and deceitful practices from Netmeds.
