I have a AirtelĀ postpaid no. and I had activated international roaming plan on 19th October with propoer guidance given by their respective executive on call but the next day they discontinued my services without any prior notification ,I faced a lot of problem in another country ,My business got hampered because my mobile phone was not activated.After I came back to India they sent me a bill with adding charges of International Roaming plan ,I said I will not pay for this service as you discontinued my services their if I haven’t used any service then Why should I pay for it.Then they agreed to give me discount of 590 Rs in my bill on call but it didnt reflected in my bill , I said I will pay the remaining bill once my discount should reflect in my bill,they took another 10-15 days in it and inspite of paying the whole due my no. is still deactivated. Pathetic service and they also sent a recovery agent at my home threating for not paying the bill.I have paid all the dues still my services are off.
