Text of Complaint by Sagar Wakade:

In last month I decided to discontinue service with airtel postpaid, for that, i connect to airtel cosumer care and requested to close my connection. after some discussion, we both agreed on discontinuation. At that time customer care representative told me the outstanding amount will be around 182 Rs.

In the current month, I received the invoice from airtel with the amount 1,181.56/-

after discontinuation, they charged me an amazon prime annual charge without any confirmation from my side.
