I have starting tikona service 29/10/2021 for 6 months but in between tikona not provided internet service properly so many times i am puting complate ( Internet Not working). so on 19/03/2022 i am mail him give my refund amount and discountiue service but without infom me he is discontiune my service. i thought my plan was expired so i have pay Rs. 2870 for renewal for 6 months but i am not using internet service properly so many time i callled him mail hil but not given any response i want to refund my amount from march and april also Rs.2870/-
