Myself Sri Sujit Biswas. I am a retired govt employee of age 63 years.

On 9th February 2019, me with my daughter visited Vodafone Care at Krishnagar, Dist- Nadia, West Bengal for converting one of my Corporate Post Paid connection in to a Per Paid normal Connection. But at that time unfortunately one of  the Vodafone Care Executive (Mr. Shuvayan Contact no- 9733102673) informed us that ” You have to take one Post Paid connection from this zone and then only  we (Vodafone) may convert the your existing Post Paid Connection in to a Prepaid connection”. At that circumstance I have to agreed with his proposal and then I have paid RS.-399/- to him.

But, not after updating my knowledge and discussing with Vodafone Customer care it is clear to me that, at that day the above mentioned executive was misguided us. And I am very sorry to say that, he was  applied a very narrow Sales strategy with us.

After that I have visited Vodafone Care at Krishnagar, Nadia but no solution received to me due to absence of the said Executive at that day. I have contact with the Executive for requesting him to disconnect new connection (+91 8145945672) but unfortunately no positive reply comes to me.

So, at this circumstance, I like you request you to please disconnect the newly proved Post Paid connection no- 8145945672 and kindly refund my money which I have to pay at Krishnagar Vodafone care for the that connection which was a complete misguidance from Vodafone Care end. At this  circumstance, if you are not able to provide any appropriate solution to me then I have to contact West Bengal Consumer forum for the solution. Please note that presently I am not using the connection (Sim card).
