As per reply received from TRAI which states that :“Any tariff plan presented, marketed or offered as having lifetime or unlimited validity shall continue to be available to the subscriber.” Hence airtel and vodafone cannot discontinue the lifetime validity of my numbers 9797461020 and 9873435341 respectively, which they presented, marketed or offered as having lifetime or unlimited validity.In spite of this they did so.
