Text of Complaint by Nupur Tyagi:

Dear Team,

I have been trying to get in touch with your team for the past one month. No one answers the calls on 121 customer no., neither is there any such facility on the airtel app. Furthermore, the airtel stores located nearby are useless and not helping in any way.

I want to close my Airtel Xstream Fiber A/C no. 7038589808 for landline no. 01204236662.

I have also put in an email for the same but there has been no contact from your end.

What kind of service are you running? all you do is keep sending bills. When I am not using my account, it has been disconnected and kept shut for the past 10days then why shall I make a payment for it?

Kindly make a note any further bill initiated by you shall not be paid by me. And if compelled further I shall have to lodged a complaint in the consumer courts regarding your unnecessary bill generations and harassment to pay on disconnected numbers.

Therefore, kindly close my account and deactivate my landline service. The number has been mentioned above.
