Text of Complaint by Prabu Giri Naganathan:

Connection provider: Airtel

Product: Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 044100980609_tn

I have given a shift request to airtel support on last June 2020 , which is acknowledged from Airtel support but connection was not established . After, several follow-up with Airtel support, i heard that, the connection cannot be provided since fibernet services not feasible in my shifted area, hence support executive requested for disconnection of service and he confirmed that the refund will be initiated from airtel end. I agreed with Airtel support executive but after several months follow up no refund amount received.

 

In advance of 3 months plan, i have paid Rs.3567 but refund confirmed from airtel end is 1904.60. I am keep following with refund amount from airtel past several months, however no concrete information received.

So many times, i got a fake updates from airtel, I am highly disappointed about airtel response and felt that, i won’t get a refund.

Hence decided to lodge a complain in consumer court.
