This is regarding Airtel broad band and land line disconnection. I had raised concern on 21st July 2019 to close my Airtel account. I got quick reply that it will be addressed within 7 working days and I had contacted few times to disconnect at the earliest, they told finally will be disconnected by 27th July 2019, still no one came to disconnect connection, though land line and Internet connection are blocked. Can some one address this at the earliest, by Monday 29th July 2019, 8 days is too much for disconnection
