Text of Complaint by Saran Bhalla:

I have raised a request for broadband disconnection twice, which was closed without any intimation and have been asked to submit 843 rupees as a bill which I have never used. Now everyday I receive a call for more payment for my broadband services and my disconnection request is closed again and again without any intimation to me. They are charging me money by fraud and not disconnecting my connection which I m not using
