Text of Complaint by Deepak Thakur:

Dear Team,

I am Deepak Thakur. I had a tikona connection for quite a few years. But recently I moved on to a new service provider. I am not using the tikona connection any more (at least from last 4 months). However, though I complied with the payment of another term of tikona subscription, I have received another bill from tikona.

I was forced to pay an amount 7590 INR by “allegedly” purporting advocate from a government department named some “Pooja”. Despite of this payment Tikona has now raised another bill of 139 INR. This new bill has been raised after an email of disconnection from Tikona.

I request the team to help me in this case.
