I Ported my number 9847318110 from vodafone Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid few months back. Before porting in to Airtel i cleared all the outstanding in Vodafone.
But niw i am getting continues message from Airtel claiming that i have an outstanding of Rs. 162.04 to be paid to my previous operator vodafone.
How its possible to port the number with unpaid outstanding amount from Vodafone.
Due to Covid-19 i am not able to contact customer care for the clarity.
But finally ignored everything and Paid the amount of Rs. 162.04 through the link received vis sms on 04.05.2020.
But still i am getting sms saying that there is an outstanding and finally today the outgoing service disconnected.
I am attaching here the sms which i received and also attaching the screenshot of the payment debited from my account.
This is realy a very bad service for disconnection of service during this critical situation.
