we have a company account going on and few employees left the company and therefore these numbers are no more in use since more than 3 months we have been asking the teams to remove those numbers and there has been no resolution. I have been given multiple steps to follow without any solution. i have even reached out to your customer care team multiple times but all I hear is that we will get back to you and no one does. Mariya who has been handling are account is nothing but a clueless employee who talk just as the automated email that I receive. I am disappointed to a level where I want to switch companies but apparently Vodaphone wouldn’t even let me do that. It’s like I am bound to some contract here.
