Text of Complaint by Diptes Das:

I had applied for airtel xtreme fiber on 27/01/2021. The airtel agent asked me to pay an advance of 3 months which would exempt the installation charges. The 2 days the technicians called me saying that it will impossible to provide me connection in that area. No BOX nearby within a radius of 200m.

I called the customer care for cancellation … They complied . I told them i just wanted my refund money i.e advance rental.

Till Now no response !!

What to do ???

The Nodal No provided is also not picking up.

Such a pathetic company !!
