Dear Sir my Jio Number was disconnected without informing me. My jio numner is linked with my business and i was getting business leads at that mob no . I am loosing my business daily. In addition to this my mob no was connected with bank also and theare are high chances of the fraud to my account also.
Now there are not answering me satisfacotirily and every time a new person from Jio care is submitting the answer. Sometimes they say it is due to VISA expire but no body explains which VISA is expired. Sometimes they say document are incomplete but then why this mob no was working since last 3 years. Sometimes they say that there received instruction to disconnect from Department of telecommunication but they are not providing that copy of instruction. Please help
