I have been using airtel no 9560136261 from last 5 years now they have disconnected my number without any prior notice by saying that your kyc is not completed and I am a government employee I am now transferred to jharkhand they are saying you have to visit delhi only to reactivate your sim. This is very pathetic to say that my number is not working from last 2 days and they are not even bothered to rectify their mistake. For the mental and monetary loss of mine due to ignorant attitude of airtel i request you to take strict action against the company.
