Dear Team,
For the last 45 Days I was trying to disconnect my multi TV connection ( Secondary Box) by calling your customer care service number. But till I was not getting any positive response yet and my secondary TV is still active.
Without seeing secondary TV from the last 45 Days I was paying a full monthly amount of Rs. 507.
I think they are doing some kind of fraud with me during this crucial period.
Please help me out.
