Hi
I am a customer with airtel for about 10 year + and have been paying the bills on time.
As my mobile connection is in company name (i am the company coordinator), we used to pay the payment using one cheque for 14 company mobile nos., and most of the time the amount gets credited without issues but sometime, the amount will not get credited to 1 or 2 of the mobiles, whereas, others are credited, which has been highlighted multiple times with airtel consumer care.
When you call the airtel customer care, they ask us to send them the bank statement, which used to be sent reluctantly. We have send them multiple times but they don’t seem to understand that the payment is made as SINGLE CHQ. for the 14 mobile nos. I have been handling this issue for the past 3-4 months or so.
Now i am forced to raise a complaint as my outgoing call is disconnected and Airtel doesn’t seem to care after sending multiple emails with payment receipts etc.
I am having trouble in connecting with people at a crucial time of COVID 19 and I am actually feeling hurt by the inhuman mentality of Airtel, and that’s the reason for complaint.
