This is Pankaj Saha and my airtel post paid mobile number is 9953804088 which is using more than 3 years. As per my plan i can send 100 messages per day. But last month bill I got additional charges of messages which is not as per the plan. I have registered the complaint to airtel customer care but did are not agree with the compaint and closed without any resolution.
Yesterday night I again called them and ask for the resolution but they did not have proper answers and they are saying I send more than 100 messages per day which is not correct. Then I asked them to send the details bill of each sms along with date and time. but i have not received yet.
After this 45 discussion with customer care, yesterday night they disconnected my service since I have already paid the amount except that almost 400 rs disputed amount. And my next bill last date is 10 days ahead. They disconnect my service which i did not know. The same night my 1.7 years daugher got sick and I had to call to doctor in urgent basis and i was not able to call to doctor since my connection was disconnected. My wife also in the same airtel family plan therefore I was not able to use her number also. I was so helpless. Then morning I had to pay those pending amount then service got again resumed. I never faced this kind of situation in my life. it was really very bad experience.
I request you please see this complaint and do the necessary action.
