I am from Bangalore. I took 3 numbers family connection. I requested for disconnection. The girl spoke to me said she will take my request and she will raise for disconnection. It will take 24 hrs and she will call me back and confirm again tomorrow. And there is minimum payment as to be done they told some small amount. I paid that. Next day got a call and she got confirmation and she told it will be active for 7 days and then it will be completely disconnect. She told me that each number she will separate from family plan to individual and disconnect. I said to go ahead and do it. I realised on December 12th it is not disconnected. I gave a call to customer care and asked again for disconnection. She told me again to pay a small amount of 114/- and I asked her very clearly please disconnect all 3 numbers. She said she will do it. And again I asked her that I don’t want to get any bills for all these 3 numbers. She said okay. I paid the bill. I again asked her to initiate all 3 numbers to be disconnected. She said she is done with the process. And she again told it will be active for 7 days and then it will be disconnected completely. For my shock I got a mail for payment. I called customer care again and asked why I am receiving bill. She said it is not disconnected. I told it was told on December 12th itself. She said it is not.I insisted you people record our calls for your records. I insisted her to take it out and check. She told she will call back. She did not gave me call. I myself called on Jan 11th and asked about it. A person told again you have to pay bill. Again I insisted them please take out your recordings check, I have cleared and paid that time itself. And I was crystal clear about disconnection and as well as I should not receive any bill any pending I will pay now itself. But, till date I am getting 2 to 3 mails.
