Suddenly last week i face a disconnection

Kindly help me in reactivating my number
My number is linked with my aadhar -4261
Please understand the inconvenience faced by me
All my bank accounts, all friends and family bearing this number of mine
I have used this number so long
I can’t change my number
Without any notice jio cannot disconnect the number which is linked to aadhar and this number used as physical sim till jan 23 and afterthat I converted it into e-sim then also i provide documents and verification and in march23 i reacharged this number with 3 months plan
How can jio disconnect the number which is in use since last 12 year
Kindly help me in reactivating my number
