Text of Complaint by Sujit Kumar Singh:

We had taken airtel broadband and landline services vide ac no 7038003479 on 29/12/18 and had paid advanced rental for thier paln for 6 months.  After relocating to other flat in same vicinity we had requested for reinstallation of the same at our new residence which they had done.  But after certain days they disconnected our both services wherein we still had many months to go under this plan.  On filling a complaint in airtel customer care nothing has been done till now.  Kindly do the needful ASAP.
