As reported repeatedly,that we want to disconnect the connection because it is not working from the day it was installed.Sharing the screenshots of the emails which we have shared with the concerned person and airtel esupport. We got no response from the team and it was clearly stated that we will not pay anything in terms of payment for this connection nor we are responsible for your device .
